When you have fewer budgets and have no extras income to buy your child the chicken costume that he needed, you can try to make your own chicken costume for him. Not only saving more money, but you can also create a chicken costume that different from the market.

Next step, attach the feathers with the felt, you can attach it with the hot glue that you have been prepared before. After that cut the red felt like the comb of the chicken. And attach it on the stocking hat, while for the rest you can add the feathers to cover the entire stocking hat.
While for the legs, you can ask your child to wears the yellow pants; but the tight ones, so it will be look like the real chicken legs. And to make the chicken feet, you can glue the yellow felt onto his shoes. Cover all of his shoes with the yellow felt. An easy way to create the chicken costume that will no need to spend lots of money on the costume. You child will be able to act in his drama and become the chicken with the costume that you made special for him.
